Process

• You are under no obligation the first time we meet, and I'll take you on a tour of my yard and previous projects and show you a sample landscape plan.

• If you decide you want my services, the second meeting will be at your house, at which time we can go over what you hope to get out of the project. There is a nonrefundable $200 fee that, should you continue with me, will be credited toward the final cost.

• At that point, you can choose hourly consulting or a full plan. In the case of the plan I would then do several  hardscape plans, then meet with you. Then, the softscape details, followed by another meeting. When we have agreed on that, I'll produce the final plan and set up the installation plan, be it for a contractor or for you to do yourself.

• If you choose to have the design installed professionally, I have several contractors that I work with regularly and highly recommend (although I work with others, too, should you prefer). For a small percentage, 3-5%, I'll go over the project with the contractor, explain the bid to you and participate with design advice throughout the installation, including a final walk-through.

• And I'm always available after the plan has been installed, should any questions arise.
